4) Can I buy a spa direct from Artesian?

We are not able to sell direct to consumers. If you do not have an authorized dealer in your area, please inform us that you are interested in purchasing an Artesian Spa using our online contact form.

5) Can I purchase parts for my spa online?

Yes, if you register your spa and create a Club Artesian profile you may login to the club portion of the website and use our Club shop to buy common consumer components for your spa. Please check with your authorized Artesian Dealer as better prices may be available.

6) Artesian cannot sell direct to the public.

We sell through our dealers so that each and every Artesian owner might have local service and instruction after the purchase of your spa. Because of this, we do not establish dealer pricing to public. Thus, we are not able to furnish a "price list" of our spas as prices may vary from region to region due to factors such as freight and overhead and cost of labor and so on. Please seek pricing only from your local authorized Artesian Spas dealer.
