A History or Aromatherapy


Aromatherapy is the practice of inhaling or applying to the skin derivatives of aromatic plants for therapeutic purposes. Many parts of the plant can be used, including the flower, leaf, bark, berries, or stems. The product is a highly concentrated substance called the essential oil.
