Class Warranty Structure - Artesian warrants against loss of water due to defects in the spa shell for the ENTIRE LIFE of the spa! Surface - Artesian warrants the interior of your spa against blistering, cracking and delamination -- a full seven years for Platinum Class spas. Plumbing Structure - We warrant the workmanship and materials for our factory-installed components -- jets, hoses, injectors, fittings -- for a full five years on all Platinum Class spas. Please note: Jet Inserts are NOT Covered. Equipment/Controls - Platinum spas carry a five-year warranty against defects in the pumps, heaters, and control systems. |
